4. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Bylaw to the contrary, the owner of 610 Montreal Street West shall be permitted to Display one Ground Sign with less than 4.25 metres (13.9 feet) of clear space below the sign exclusive of supports within the triangular space formed by the Street property lines for a distance of 15.2 metres (49.8 feet) from their point of intersection.
