- 2.3 All Signs Displayed, Altered or Maintained in the City shall comply with this Bylaw and any attached schedules, the Ontario Building Code, Fire Code and their regulations, as well as any other Act, regulation, By Law or site plan requirement regardless of the requirement for a Sign Permit
- 2.4 Election Signs are regulated under Bylaw Number 2019-100, being "A Bylaw to Regulate Election Signs in the City of Kingston", as may be amended from time to time, or any successor to that Bylaw
- 3.1 The Director is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this bylaw
- 3.2 All Officers with authority to enforce the Bylaws of the City are responsible for enforcing the provisions of this Bylaw
