- 3.2 This by-law does not apply to highways under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation or to private roads and lanes
- 3.4 The attached Schedules form part of this by-law
- 3.5 The use of "includes" in section 1 of this by-law is not to be interpreted as limiting the meaning of a word or term to the phrases or descriptions that follow
