Unless otherwise provided for, Waste collection and Disposal Services, as Set Out under this Bylaw, are provided only to Eligible Properties.

- 2.1 The purpose of this Bylaw is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public and to provide for the abatement of nuisances and the protection of the environment by regulating and monitoring the collection, processing, transfer and/or disposal of Waste within the City
- 2.2 The provisions of this Bylaw shall apply to all properties within the City
- 2.4 All attached Schedules form part of this Bylaw
- 2.5 Where a provision of this Bylaw conflicts with a provision of another Bylaw in force in the City or any other statute or regulation, the provision that establishes the higher standards to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public shall prevail
