Conditions for Yard Waste Collection:
Owners or Occupants shall only Set Out Yard Waste for collection using Yard Waste Receptacles as defined in this Bylaw.
No Owner or Occupant shall Set Out Yard Waste material in a plastic bag. Yard Waste shall be Set Out by 8 a.m. on the Monday of the Yard Waste collection week scheduled in each area in appropriate Yard Waste Receptacles. Brush shall be stacked with butt ends facing the street.
