All Trees that are to be Injured and/or Destroyed in accordance with an approved Tree Permit shall be marked by a Certified Tree Marker or Certified Arborist with clearly visible marks of orange paint both at 1.37 metres above ground level and at ground level, at least five (5) days prior to Destroying any Tree, but not prior to the issuance of a Tree Permit.
