Where the Director is satisfied that a contravention of this Bylaw has occurred, the Director may issue an Order to Discontinue requiring the person who contravened the Bylaw, or who caused or permitted the contravention, or the Owner or occupier of the land on which the contravention of the Bylaw occurred, to discontinue the contravening activity.
