Where the Director is satisfied that a contravention of this Bylaw has occurred, the Director may issue an Order requiring the Person who contravened the Bylaw or who caused or permitted the contravention, or the Owner or occupier of the land on which the contravention occurred, to do the work specified in the Order that is necessary in the opinion of the Director to correct the contravention, including without limitation the planting of replacement Tree(s) in accordance with Section 18 of this Bylaw.
