Every Person who contravenes any provision of this Bylaw shall, upon issuance of a Penalty Notice in accordance with Administrative Penalty Process Bylaw 2020-69, be liable to pay to the City an Administrative Penalty as set out in Schedule B of the Administrative Penalty Process Bylaw.
