If any Section or Sections of this Bylaw or parts thereof are found by any Court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or beyond the power of the Council to enact, such Section or Sections or parts thereof shall be deemed to be severable and all other Sections or parts of this Bylaw shall be deemed to be separate and independent therefrom and continue in full force and effect.
