Subsection 4.1 does not apply to:
- agricultural properties or to any normal farm practice, as determined pursuant to the Farming and Food Production Protection Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 1; and activities that are prescribed by section 2 of Ontario Regulation 1/17 filed under the Environmental Protection Act.
