No Person shall construct or install a Pool, cause or permit a Pool to be constructed or installed, commence the construction or By-law 2015-96 installation of a Pool until plans for such Pool have been submitted to the Chief Building Official and a permit certifying approval of such plans has been issued. When the application bears the signature of the applicant, it will certify that a copy of this By-law has been received by the applicant. Every application for a permit under this By-law shall be accompanied by applicable fees and charges.
