10. Every Applicant for a license, where such Applicant is a natural Individual, shall provide two (2) passport size photographs, which must be taken within thirty (30) days of the license application.
Where the Applicant is a corporation, such photographs shall be taken of an officer of the corporation.
Where the Applicant is a partnership, such photograph shall be taken of one of the partners.
