The Hearing Officer shall send a copy of its final decision or order, including any reasons, to each party to a Hearing, or to the Person who represented the party by:
- regular mail;
- (b) electronic mail, transmission of a facsimile; or
- (c) such other method that the Committee specifies. (Amended by By-law 2022-21)
