Licensing and Regulation of Stationary Businesses By-law

When a Person has his or her Licence revoked or suspended under this By- law, he or she shall deliver the Licence to the Licensing Officer and in no way shall obstruct or prevent the Licensing Officer from obtaining the Licence.
