Every Applicant for a Licence and for the renewal of a Licence issued under this By-law shall:
- submit a completed application for a Licence or the renewal of a Licence on the forms provided;
- (b) wh ere the Applicant is an Individual or a partner of a partnership, file proof satisfactory to the Licensing Officer that they are eighteen
