Markham By-law 2018-90, s. 9 — Where the shares of a corporate Owner or Operator are held in whole or in part by another corporation, such Owner or Operator shall file with the Licensing Officer at the same time as the Owner or Operator an Annual Return as provided in section 4 of this section and if the shares in such other corporation are in turn held in whole or in part by a third corporation, then such Owner or Operator shall likewise file such an Annual Return in respect of such third corporation and so on until the names of all living Persons are shown and identified as the shareholders of any and all corporations having an interest, direct or indirect, in the corporate Owner or Operator
