A mechanical ventilation system in laundry room, garbage room, corridor, boiler room, Storage Garage and all parts of the building used by the tenants in common shall be:
- a) maintained in good repair and in good working order;
- b) maintained in a safe condition;
- c) regularly cleaned. 38.0 MEANS OF EGRESS FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING UNITS
