Newmarket By-law 2017-62, s. 38.5 — In every Multiple Dwelling containing 10 or more Dwelling Unit s, a two way voice communication system shall be provided between each Dwelling Unit and the main entrance and each Dwelling Unit shall be provided with a security locking and release mechanism for the main entrance and such mechanism shall be maintained in a locked position at all times. Such mechanisms shall be maintained in good repair and in an operative condition
