The Hearing Officer has the power to:
- (a) confirm the requirements of an order;
- (b) exempt the Owner in whole or part from any requirement set out in the order;
- (c) impose conditions on any exemption granted under Section 11(9)(b) that the Hearing Officer considers appropriate; or
- (d) rescind the order.
