Notwithstanding Section 4(4) of this By-law,
a Person shall be permitted one (1) additional Dog above the limit of three (3), or one (1) additional Cat above the limit of four (4), provided that the additional Animal :
- (a) is acting as a Guide Dog or Service Animal for the Owner; or
- (b) is a Foster Animal for a duration of not more than six (6) months and the Person is able to produce documentation to the Town to support this.
