Definitions Animal Control By-law In this By-law:
- "Animal " means any member of the animal kingdom, other than a human; “Animal Services Officer ” means a person designated and authorized by by-law of the Town of Newmarket to enforce the Town of Newmarket Animal Control Bylaws; "At Large " means an Animal found in any place, other than the lands, premises or a vehicle of the Animal owner or person keeping such Animal while:
