1) All plumbing, drain pipes, water pipes and plumbing fixtures in every dwelling and every connecting line to the sewage system shall be maintained in good working order and free from leaks and defects. 2) All water pipes and appurtenances thereto shall be protected from freezing. 3) All waste pipes shall be connected to the sewage system through water seal traps.
