130. Every owner of a wall and logo sign shall ensure that the sign is permitted by Sections 131 to 139 and by Tables 3A and 3B (Size, Illumination and Location Requirements for Identification and Information Wall and Logo Signs). RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL WALL SIGNS
