Where the renewal fee for an encroachment permit is received after January 1, Section 44 applies with all necessary modification to,
- (a) the renewal encroachment permit, and
- (b) an encroachment permit that includes a term, condition or restriction that limits the duration of that permit to a period of less than one year.
