PART IV TRAFFIC MOVEMENTS AND LANES U-TURNS
Where a U-turn is not otherwise prohibited under this by-law or the Highway Traffic Act,
42. no person shall make such a turn when it cannot be made in safety or without interfering with other traffic. PROHIBITED MOVEMENTS
