- (3) Despite subsection (1), a restriction on a truck route shall not apply to prevent the operation of any heavy truck owned by the City. (4) Subsection (1) shall not apply to a highway or part of a highway that is an extension of the route of the King’s Highway through or in the City except at such times as the said Section 122 applies to the King’s Highways of which any such highway is an extension.
