- a) The powers and duties delegated to the General Manager of the Corporate Services Department in Section 1.04 may only be delegated by him or her in writing and may not be delegated to any person below the level of Division Manager.
- b) The power to enter into contracts set out in Section 1.04(a) is limited by the annual budget approved for Municipal Parking Services by the Council. Contracts relating to projects or programs not contemplated within the approved budget must be authorized by Council.
