Parking Meter Covers:
- Municipal Parking Services may grant exclusive rights to occupy a metered Parking Space to persons who apply for that right and are approved. In that case, Municipal Parking Services shall issue a cover or hood for each Parking Meter for which this right has been granted. The person authorized to use the Parking Meter cover is exempt from the requirements of
