- B Low-Income Solid Waste Rebate The City shall, where an eligible low-income person has made a successful application in relation to an eligible property under this portion of this article relating to the low-income solid waste rebate, provide the Low-Income Solid Waste Rebate to that eligible low- income person set forth in Schedule D of this Chapter 844, in accordance the process set out in § 844-30
