• This by-law comes into force on the day that By-law 491-2009 comes into force, which is on the 30th day after the date on which the application for the set fines of Chapter 841, Waste Collection, Commercial Properties, and Chapter 844, Waste Collection, Residential Properties, is approved under the Provincial Offences Act. • Section 5 of By-law 389-2011 provided that this section came into force March 1, 2011 . 844-33 February 11, 2025 PERMIT - A permit to close, in a non-permanent manner, a garbage chute issued by the General Manager after the final approval of an application under § 844-40.
