Owners receiving residential curbside collection and who use garbage tags under § 844- 10A(3) shall pay the bag-only curbside collection fee set out in Schedule 1 of Appendix A of Chapter 441, Fees and Charges, in addition to the fees paid for garbage tags as described in § 844-32.
