A Collection Point or Common Collection Point shall:
a. be in an accessible and visible location; b. be as close as reasonably possible to the travelled portion of the road; c. not obstruct or interfere with a roadway, sidewalk, bike lane, or pedestrian access; and d. not interfere with municipal operations, including snow removal or street sweeping.
