“Transportation Network Company” means a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, association or other entity, or individual that connects passengers with Transportation Network Drivers for pre-arranged transportation exclusively through the offering, use or operation of a Transportation Network, as defined in the Transportation Network Companies Regulation 100/2016 and amendments thereto; Bylaw 6058 – July 17, 2017
