“Transportation Network Automobile” means a motor vehicle with a manufacturer’s seating capacity originally designed for 8 or fewer passengers, including the driver, used to provide prearranged transportation of passengers for compensation through the use of a Transportation Network, as defined in the Transportation Network Companies Regulation 100/2016 and amendments thereto but does not include a Taxi; Bylaw 6058 – July 17, 2017
