“Transportation Network” means an online enabled application, a digital platform, software, a website, or any other system offered, used or operated by a Transportation Network Company and that is used by persons to pre-arrange the transportation of passengers for compensation by a Transportation Network Driver, as defined in the Transportation Network Companies Regulation 100/2016 and amendments thereto; Bylaw 6058 – July 17, 2017
