The exemptions for parking in sections 71(10) and (11) apply in Pay Station Zones to parking by
- (a) all persons during the days and times set out in section 71(10), and
- (b) the classes listed in subsections 71(11)(a) to (e), both inclusive, under the same terms and conditions set out in section 71(11) as applicable to those classes.
