- 5.9 If a court of competent jurisdiction should declare any section or part of a section of this By- law to be invalid, such a section or part of a section shall not be construed as having persuaded or influenced Council to pass the remainder of this By-law and it is hereby declared that the remainder of the By-law shall be valid and shall remain in force
- 6 Effective Date and Repeal
- 6.2 Upon the effective date of this By-law, By-law #44-2025 and any amending by- laws thereto, are hereby repealed, subject to section 6.3
- 6.3 By-laws #44-2025 and any amending by-laws thereto shall apply and will continue to apply to any enforcement proceedings which had been initiated prior to this By- law coming into force and then only until such enforcement proceedings have been concluded
