No person shall erect, or cause to be erected, a privacy screen in a side or rear yard except in accordance with the following provisions; the privacy screen is located at least 0.6 metres from any side or rear lot line;
- (b) the privacy screen is no more than 2.5 metres above grade; and
- (c) the collective total of all the privacy screens within the property is no more than 6 metres in length.
