No person shall erect or cause to be erected in a side or rear yard in any zone, except a residential zone, a fence which is higher than 2 metres or constructed of any materials outside of; chain-link and galvanized steel wire; or
- (b) wooden board; or
- (c) wrought iron fencing with no greater than 10 centimetres of spacing between vertical bars; or
- (d) any combination thereof without first having applied for and receiving a Site Plan Approval or a Site Plan Amendment pursuant to the Planning Act, from the Town.
