Hamilton : Règlement no 01-218, art. 27(1) — On-Street Parking By-law

It shall be the duty of the Manager to erect and maintain or cause to be erected and maintained all parking meters, parking regulation signs and other traffic control devices as may be required or authorized by statute or by this By-law, or such as may be required to manage or regulate parking for the safety or convenience of the public.
