3. Notwithstanding Part XXIV, Section 2 of this Bylaw, By-law Number 2007-138 of the City of Kitchener, as amended, shall continue to apply to proceedings in respect of offences that occurred before its repeal. PASSED in the Council Chambers in the City of Kitchener this day of 2019. Mayor City Clerk
