The highways set out in Column 1 of Schedule 15 of this by-law between the limits set out in Columns 2 and 3 are restricted to a reduced load limit of a maximum weight of five (5) tonnes per axle for any vehicle traveling on the said highways during the period March 1 to April 30 inclusive in any year.
