No person shall operate a vehicle that does not comply with the reduced load limit regulations mentioned in subsection (1) of this section, on any of the highways listed in Schedule 15 of this by-law during the period of time mentioned in subsection (1) of this section. School Bus Loading Zones (Schedule 16)
