The Owner of every Multiple Dwelling shall cause to be posted in a prominent place which is common to and regularly frequented by the residents therein the name, address and telephone number of the manager or a responsible Person for such Property and the name and telephone number of an authorised Person to contact in the case of an emergency on a 24-hour basis.

3.8 Following the inspection of a Property, the Officer may or on the request of the Owner s shall, issue to the Owner a Certificate of Compliance if, in his opinion, the Property is in compliance with the Standards of this by-law
