The Owner of every Multiple Dwelling shall cause to be posted in a prominent place which is common to and regularly frequented by the residents therein the name, address and telephone number of the manager or a responsible Person for such Property and the name and telephone number of an authorised Person to contact in the case of an emergency on a 24-hour basis.
