PARKING at 90 Degrees: Where angle PARKING is permitted on a HIGHWAY, and a PARKING SPACE is not delineated or indicated by lines,
no person shall STOP or PARK any VEHICLE except at an angle of 90 degrees from the curb or edge of the ROADWAY.
