- 5.3.2 Ventilation All non-residential properties shall be adequately ventilated by natural or mechanical means on a continuous basis, in a safe and working order and with regard to the operations carried on therein, to ensure that persons within the property are not exposed to conditions deleterious to their health or safety as described in the current edition of the American National Standards Institute/American Society of Heating. - 5.3.6 Plumbing Systems, Fixtures & Appliances Plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances in all non-residential buildings shall be maintained in good working order, free from cross-contamination potential, and free from leaks and defects
