3. Règlement 2017-26, art. 12(1)

   Fences, barriers and retaining walls shall be kept:

   • (a) in good repair;
   • (b) free from accident hazards;
   • (c) protected by paint, preservative or other weather-resistant material;
   • (d) so as not to present an unsightly appearance; and
   • (e) free of barbed wire.
