Notwithstanding any other sections of this by-law to the contrary, subsection (2) shall not apply to school buses between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday inclusive and from September 1 to June 30 inclusive. Reduced Load Limit (Schedule 15)
